The ponds are stocked with Bass, Blue Gill, and Perch, and Catfish, as well as frogs, turtles, etc. The pond water tests excellent and shows no common contaminants including mercury or iron outside of the safe zones. There is a shared water meter with another contiguous lot I own that will be shared in the deed. After the Caldor fire, there are about 40 or so trees that came back to life. This ranch for the right person is a utopia in the Sierra Nevada's at the edge of civilization. You see, they stop plowing snow at the creek. However, Leoni Meadows plows to their property, but its the last stand in the winter and 1 lot from the USFS or BLM. I can build to suit or you can just buy this.
