On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and one bath. The second floor arrangement lends itself to turning one of the bedrooms into a new primary ensuite bath. As a bonus, there is a basement that adds a tremendous amount of additional storage. The front and back yards are irrigated. This is a timeless design for those wanting to put their own stamp on a classic Kessler Park.
