Located in the Silver Creek Community, (formally known as Land of Lakes...a large area of mostly manufactured homes). This private 1.17 ac parcel is at the very end of Round Top Rd and has winter mountain views. We are not giving much value to the 1991 manufactured home that's on the property. It sustained damage from a tree during Hurricane Helene in September 2024. The hole in the primary bedroom/bathroom roof was tarped but the wind continues to blow the tarp off the damaged area. There are a number of trees/debris down on the property. Also, before the storm, there was a leak in the ice making, causing the floor covering in the kitchen to buckle, so they had it removed. New flooring was purchased but they never got the opportunity to have it installed. Flooring will remain in case buyer chooses to try and salvage the home. Due to all the home's damage, we are not aware of any lender that will extend a loan on this property, therefore we are looking for a cash buyer. Offered AS-IS.

The neighbor on the right, (just before you get to the subject property) has been collecting junk along both sides of Round Top, so be careful passing this area. The executor of Mrs. Moore's estate is working hard to force this neighbor to remove all this junk from the sides of the road.
