The exterior features include custom designed Hawaiian stone fencing, new railings, gates and a downstairs deck area made of termite-resistant Ipe wood, and a separate spa installed in a private corner at the rear of the property. The gardens feature native plants as well as trees producing tangerines, lemons, limes and bananas.
