The deck was refinished with Trex decking materials in 2024. The electric provider for this farm is Delaware Electric Co-Op. The sellers have solar panels at another farm which supplies electricity credits to this property which pays for almost all electric cost for the poultry house and the residence. These credits are transferrable to the new owner per a conversation with Sunrise Solar/Delaware Electric Co-Op.
