This home provides ample storage space including a walk-in storage room measuring 23’ x 3.8’ lined with built in shelves. The exterior of the home has also been updated. New composite TREX decking has been installed on the dock (2024). The dock has a boat lift and davit as well as running water and electric. Other updates include an exterior facelift by incorporating ledger rock on the front porch facade. The patio provides an outdoor living area that features a new outdoor electric fireplace (using the same ledger rock as the front porch facade) which incorporates a custom made tv storage box mounted on it. The home sustained damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The home has been remediated, disinfected and is nearly ready for restoration. All interior photos were taken post hurricanes so they reflect the true condition of the home. Any full walls you see in the photos are solid concrete (not drywall faced) so only required disinfectant for remediation. The updated features identified above have been carefully secured and are available for re-installation. Lower kitchen cabinets need minor restoration but if preferred, can be replaced by local cabinet vendor. Independent appraisal was done which increased the structure value to $431,287. Paperwork should allow restoration of the home or, if you prefer, you can demolish it and start new.
