FYI, 2 acre lots are required by the township (land is behind the home and owner uses the land all the way to the 3rd stream) The ground has not been perked or subdivided. This ground is the perfect playground for any sporting activity that you fancy. The Golf Course down the street should be maintained and running in the spring of 2025 (was listed $2M but instead of a sale its being leased by the homeowners.)
