A new asphalt driveway in 2022 with lots of parking. A great garden shed that was once used as a coop still has the chicken-run fencing if fresh eggs are in the picture for you! Some of the things we will miss… sitting on the deck getting ‘buzzed’ by the hummingbirds while the ever-changing views of Pikes Peak and the Crags beckon. Woodland Park is touted as being the City Above the Clouds, and we are in a great place to watch the cloud banks rolling in over the Catamount Reservoirs at the base of the Peak; the stunning rainbows that hover over the reservoirs after a summer thunderstorm, the Ring the Peak Trails, and the one mile loop around the neighborhood. If we could pick the entire house up and take it with us we would!!!
