Seller will do owner finance 15% down, 36 months 9% interest These two homes were used first by separate families, and in the last 16 years as youth hostels, serving young people traveling and finding a convenient early bed and breakfast (they had to fix their own food) 2020 the two homes were leased to a couple who leased beds for a night, and were quite busy until 2022 when the tenants who were renting both homes had to fly back to their families in the lower 48, they pretty much packed up their personal belongings and left.
