New auto garage door The house has been painted twice. Trim - 3rd time in last 2 mos. Garage custom cupboards added. Also storage in rafters, fluorescence lighting, and additional plugs. The driveway widened on the south side. Carriage and well lights added with a timer. New toilets in both bathrooms, “Totos”. Replaced carpet in hallway, bedrooms, and living room (Spare roll in attic) Added smoke detectors, gas & carbon monoxide detectors Modified bedroom closets for more hanging space. Had a new custom mantle installed on the fireplace, also new items such as the windows.
