About 235 Greenview Ter

This beautiful lot is perfect for your dream home. I personally, walked the lot to take pictures of the creek after a 5 day rain and there was no flooding. Google flooding in Barrington Hall and you will see there is none. However, plenty of flooding on the Ocmulgee River flowing downtown. Just a peaceful, serene running creek traveling its normal flow. This lot is 100 or more feet from the creek and the home would l have to be built at least 60 feet from the back lot line which is 160 feet or more from the creek bed. Please take the time to walk the lot yourself to see. There are trees marked with pink paint so you can see how strong they are; they can be moved out and sold. Moreover, this lot is in a well established, community with golf course views. Great for relaxing after you build your dream home. I have marked the trees; there is no sign on the lot however, look for the pink ribbons for meets and bounds lines of the lot. Priced to sell.
