Although because of its unique originality I would be aware of some maintenance/repairs that could be needed I want to point out the less firm/giving spot in the floor by the back master bedroom entry area I noticed when walking for an example or the hall bathroom tub that the disclosure mentions that could need sealing or replace to prevent water leaks from the hall bathroom tub. The property is on rural county water so no need for a water well if don't want one.
