It looks like South Blount Utility District has water on Haven Hill, so the owner would need to petition to have the line extended or put a well on the property. This lot was part of Fort Loudon Campsites, so AT THE VERY LEAST, it's a great place to call your own camp site and it's near a boat ramp for Fort Loudon.
