Additionally, there is a game table, a sleeper sofa, and TV which is the perfect retreat for the kids while the adults hang out downstairs. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with beautiful warm-granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a copper farmhouse sink, bar height countertop, and 4 barstools. The kitchen is the pulse of the cabin experience and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather around. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area which has 2 sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa). There is a 65” TV above the gas-burning fireplace. Hugh picture windows offer a view of the forest surrounding the cabin. The dining area has a rustic wood table with seating for 12 gusts. Next to the dining room is the laundry room with 2 sets of stacked washers and dryers making laundry day a breeze. Outside, you can relax on the back porch which boasts a wood burning fireplace and a gas grill. Off to one side is a playset for children and on the other side is a built-in fire pit with 6 high quality Amish-made Adirondack chairs each with a footstool. Above the firepit are string lights that sparkle in the night sky. The large circle driveway offers plenty of room to effortlessly pull boats through and there is ample room for multiple cars to park. This cabin was a successful STR through 2022. In 2023 and 2024 this was a primary residence with no rental history.
