This is truly one of the nicest pieces of property I've ever seen! Prepare to be impressed as soon as you pull onto the property. The majority of the property is cleared except for a nice buffer of trees all the way around the outside perimeter. The property is level and would have several nice homesites. There is a permit for a 2 bedroom septic system, but that was only because the owner only planned to build a small cabin and could probably be extended.
