New doors and frames are waiting to be installed. All sewer and water lines are to be inspected and replaced if necessary. The roof was inspected and no damage recorded. All air conditioning is to be inspected. It has been fully remediated and the wall studs have all been treated with Benefect Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant Cleaner and is currently being remodeled to be completed in April 2025.
