The family portrait in front of the house is estimated to be from the 1920s, and the colorized aerial view photograph of the property was shot in the 1940s. In the 1960s, the second owner encased the house in brick, converting the former sleeping porches into bathrooms, and added the Greek Revival front porch columns. The current owner conducted extensive renovations from 2013-2024, including plumbing and electrical.
