Trees common in the area include: Balsam fir, Bigtooth aspen, Black ash, Black cherry, Black spruce, Eastern hemlock, Northern white-cedar, Quaking aspen, Red maple, Sugar maple, White spruce, and Yellow birch. The property has an unmaintained easement driveway of about a quarter mile long which will require private plowing, but it is off a Country maintained/plowed year round access road.
