Are you my new stewards? I have had the most wonderful people taking care of me, but time has come for them to move on. While I will miss them, I’m eager to meet my next caretakers! I am such a lovely home . . .I have been so beautifully updated in every way! I hear from other homes that sometimes people update what you can see, like the counters and cabinets, but they don’t take the time to care for the important parts of a home. This is not my story as my electrical is all new, as is my plumbing, and my HVAC. I’m in tip top condition both with what you can’t see and what you can—beautiful quartz counters and wood floors, paint, bathrooms—I am so beautiful! I also have a lovely view of trees and am so close to a canal on Lake Oswego! I hear that’s really hard to come by so I’m quite proud, if I do say so myself. People who live here have lots of fun kayaking or stand up paddle boarding on the lake, on the tennis courts, and at the pool. I often hear the people who live around me say that this is like living in a vacation spot. I would be a great home for someone downsizing because I offer main level living or for someone wanting Lake Oswego’s esteemed schools, but I would honestly be great for anyone! Whomever my new people are, I’m so excited to meet them, shelter them, and be the perfect place for them to celebrate, find sanctuary, and a lovely, peaceful place of belonging. So, are you my new stewards?
